TAM Engineering, formerly Tecnología Aplicada a la Manutención (TAM), is an engineering company with more than 40 years of experience, specialized in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of equipment for the reception, transport and storage of bulk materials. Among the products designed by TAM we can highlight Reception Hoppers, Docking Stations for Trucks, Chain Conveyors, Belt Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Screw Conveyors, Silos or Storage Hoppers.

The knowledge, the experience, a vocation for innovation and technological integration have allowed us to develop hand in hand with our clients and their needs. Nowadays, we have a large number of references in different sectors and handling different materials.

We have years of experience in the design, construction and assembly of facilities and equipment for handling materials in different facilities:

Environmental

Design, manufacture and assembly of complete lines for storage and transport of sludge from sewage treatment or sludge drying, guaranteeing proper handling of the product based on its physicochemical properties.

Harbours

We have developed different types of facilities for bulk materials storage and transport automation for different types of products: cereals, steel coke, coal, etc.

Cement Sector

Design and supply of complete facilities for the reception, transportation, storage, treatment and feeding of fuels to the main burner and precalciner of cement rotary kilns (dry sludge, animal meal, remaining fraction of Urban Solid Waste, shredded tires, etc.).

Receiving hoppers

The receiving hoppers are designed to receive the bulk material from the trucks and send it to process or storage.

Truck Unloading stations

Designed to speed the receiving of bulk materials into a facility from the trucks, equipped with sliding floor systems.

Redlers (TKF)

Chain conveyors are used to transport several types of bulk materials, like coal, wood, cereals, biomass, dry and wet sludge or waste to energy.

Conveyors Belt

We design conveyor belts based on the reliability, durability and safety concept.

Bucket Elevators

The elevators are designed to transport many different types of products. Designed for solutions with limited space and transport needs on steep slopes.

Screw conveyors

We design screw conveyor for transport, dosing, mixing, extraction, etc.

Pneumatic transport

We design and incorporate pneumatic transport systems into our projects.

Sludge pumping

Solutions for the transfer of sludge in water treatment stations.

Silos

We design and build different types and sizes of Silos, in carbon or stainless steel, for a wide variety of materials. TAM has its own design for extraction systems.

Storage hoppers

Made with a concrete or metal structure, they incorporate extraction systems designed with their own technology.
